Cody is a Northern Colorado-born, self-taught artist who has built his business from the ground up. After honing his skills in college through mini pop-surreal paintings, he decided to get serious about turning his art into a business. The Art of Cody Kuehl features New Western paintings with a unique stylistic interpretation merging detailed graphical subjects with abstract underlays.

Cody is the board president of the A.R. Mitchell Museum of Western Art in Trinidad, CO, where he also has his gallery, Kuehl Fine Art. He lives in Longmont, CO, with his two daughters and their two dogs.
